H-1B Sponsor Intelligence / methodology notes

How Sponsor Lens calculates your result

Explore H-1B labor-condition filings by employer, occupation, location, and disclosed wages. Keep filing activity separate from immigration outcomes.

Start with evidence, not a score

Filter records by fiscal year, state, employer, occupation, or SOC. The fiscal year must come from the source record, not be guessed from a calendar date. Deduplicate case IDs by dated snapshots; conflicting versions remain excluded and visible. Employer aliases are explicit and reviewable.

Read the assumptions

Show LCA outcomes separately from USCIS petition outcomes. Compare annual wages only unless you deliberately enable annualization. Filing activity is not an offer, visa approval, or prediction of future sponsorship. This is research software, not legal advice.

Use a reproducible workflow

Enter your own measurements or import records using the published CSV schema. Save a local scenario before making a change, compare the result, and export a copy with the assumptions intact. Example inputs are not a verified catalog or a live data feed. The source references explain the underlying terminology; they do not independently verify information you enter.
